Time's Up!
An interval timer for workouts
This page opens set to 30 seconds — a common interval length for HIIT-style work — with the large display mode on by default so the countdown is readable from across a room without your phone in hand.
Common interval lengths
- 30 seconds — a single HIIT work interval.
- 1 minute — a longer work interval, or a standard rest period.
- 5 minutes — a warm-up block or a full circuit before resetting.
- 10 minutes — a sustained cardio or conditioning block.
Use the quick-add buttons to stretch an interval on the fly if a round is running long, and Add 1 minute straight from the "Time's Up!" screen to extend a round the moment it ends.
Hands-free, screen-on
Switch to fullscreen mode and, on supported devices, the screen is kept from dimming automatically for the duration of your session — one less thing to think about mid-set.

Frequently asked questions
Can I set up repeating work/rest rounds automatically?
Not yet as a single automated sequence — save your work interval and rest interval as two custom presets, and switch between them with one click each round.
Will the timer keep counting accurately if I set my phone down and walk away?
Yes — the countdown is calculated from a stored end time rather than a number ticking down in memory, so it stays accurate even if the screen locks.
