Real Online Timer is a static site with no backend — there's no contact form or support inbox wired up here yet. If you've run into a bug, have a feature suggestion, or something on the site just doesn't work the way it should, we'd still like to hear about it; a dedicated way to reach us is coming.

In the meantime, the most useful thing you can do is note exactly what you were trying to do, which timer style and page you were on, and what happened instead of what you expected — that context is what actually gets an issue fixed quickly once there's a channel to send it through.
